The preparation method is to react methyl sulfide ammonium salt with methyl chloroacetate to obtain sulfur phosphate ester.
1100~1200kg of methyl sulfide ammonium salt aqueous solution (content about 38% ~ 42%) and a certain amount of methyl chloroacetate are put into a reaction kettle, stirred, pH = 6~7 is adjusted, then the temperature is raised to 35~38 ℃, the heating is stopped, the temperature is raised by itself, and the temperature is controlled at 55~58 ℃ for 2.5h. After the reaction, cool, add 200kg of water, stir for a moment, and pump the reaction liquid to the water separator to stand and delaminate. After the ester layer is filtered, it is allowed to stand for 30min in a water separator with 200kg of water added in advance, and the waste water is separated. After the ester layer is washed with water and standing, crude sulfur and phosphorus esters are obtained. Crude sulfur and phosphorus esters are desolated by a rising film evaporator, separated by gas and liquid, and cooled to obtain refined sulfur and phosphorus esters.
